Horrible upper management, this company is a cult worshipping a "Guru" and scamming people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars to hear him speak. no company culture or team building, manipulative management, they will stretch you thin and use you for other roles and not pay you more. they sugarcoat everything and won't allow you to grow or contribute new ideas. total disorganized chaos with no structure whatsoever.
