      Pros

      I worked there for 8 years and loved it. Very rewarding and fun place to work. Definetly family oriented worked with hours so I could work around my husbands schedule and raise may kids.

      Cons

      Pay is not great and understaffed.

      #1 clients #2 the culture of Care not only for clients but employees. It is like a large family. Homes are super nice.
