Pros
It began with an organizational culture by the philosophy of Joy, Inc. The spirit of family, contribution and interaction between teams, a flexibility of schedules, allowed an incredible work environment. But the company could not keep up the same path, and within a few months, the crop fell to a bad working environment.
Cons
The company cannot sustain the philosophy of work, a very heavy work environment, poor financial management, poor team management, and wages of diminishing value.
