Company seems to be driven by numbers more than anything

-Good bonus opportunities -Discount at properties if you live there

-Management -Schedules -False promises of promotions or future openings within the company -Terrible pay for job duties expected -Annual raises are a joke, you can easily make more at a different company -Residents will always come first, you will be disciplined whether a resident’s complaint is valid or not -Hypocrisy amongst management team -Big turnover -Favoritism -Toxic environment filled with alcohol and drugs The whole “best places to work for” they promote in the job listings is most likely cheated for as when I took the survey for it my manager was standing behind me. There’s a reason they weren’t even on the list for 2024.
