No bonuses for exceeding loan goals.
Loan credit issued to employee who initially submits, which is great however if you submit a loan and leave it alone, someone else will complete the rest of the app and close on it, original person gets credit rather than the one who actually completed the work on it.
Pay is lower than average for work required.
Not a lot of room for in house promotions, most jobs are filled by outside applicants.
