only lot of work there

There is a lot of work but absolutely no structure to support it. No CAD resources, no proper tools, nothing. You are expected to deliver everything with your bare hands. Pay is very low for the amount of work they demand. Work-life balance does not exist here — every day you are working till midnight, sometimes beyond. Only 2 HR people for the entire company and they are completely useless. Management keeps piling on work with zero regard for people's time, health, or personal life. The worst part — if you make even a single mistake, you will be fired the next day. No second chances, no support, no learning culture. Just instant termination. Yet they give you no tools, no guidance, and no structure to even do the job properly in the first place. How can you not make mistakes in that environment? They are also firing people heavily while the remaining staff absorb all the extra work. It is completely unsustainable.
