- interesting company field - remote and flexible work - people

- hire & fire all the time - unsecure job because you don't know if it still exist in the future - company is burning money from investors so no positive revenue - C-level management is a joke and running around like headless chickens without a plan - salary too low - all people feel unsecure - no career possibilites or when you are paid like a normal employee

The project I worked on was fairly small regardless the process was made very easy and I received clear feedback.
