The environment is very employee-experience heavy. Happy employees make for happy customers. I actually look forward to the daily challenges handed to me.

Just the normal "new company" growing pains. The frustrations and expected failures of learning a new business.

There were no good things about this company

Unethical owner wanting you to underestimate jobs so customers would agree to it services. Movers run the company. Owner makes promises and never follows through. Sent guys on jobs without proper equipment. STAY AWAY
