The supervisors are very knowledgeable and work with you to nurture a strong foundation and understanding of the responsibilities of your job. They provide all the necessary resources you need in order to assist your clients and the community.

As a full time employee, we are limited to working 35 hours a week instead of the full 40.
If you have an office type job they are nice. Anything else is low pay and low respect.

This is perhaps the worst company that helps people with disabilities. Homes would be almost out of food. . Their day program made me feel sick when I walked inside. Just not a good environment for these folks. Sitting and staring. I worked at another place that treated clients well so this was a shock for me. I couldn't do it. I quit very quickly.
