Pinnacle is the type of company where everyone feels like family and the employees best is always at the heart of the company. It's an entrepreneurial company where each employee is encouraged to think, solve problems and be creative to get the job done. Management and leadership is some of the best I've seen. My direct supervisor always took care of our team and ensured we were given the best tools and skills to succeed - even going out of his way to ensure our success. The company continues to grow and succeed year after year and it's a fantastic place to be.

Honestly, I can't really think of anything. As an organization the company took really good care of me and other employees who worked with me. There was a lot of change implemented and leadership isn't afraid to try out new solutions to improve performance , but I see that as a good thing and a positive for a company that is looking to achieve more and constantly be better.
