Pros
I was placed at UPS Global Services as a Commercial Collector. Making $26/hr. Everything was state of the art. They had a Zen Room to relax in on 15min breaks. They had contests.
Cons
Training was intense and if you didn’t get it right in training you were chastised. Of course I was hired in as contract but the permanent employees were clicky and made sure you knew you were short lived. Ask a question to you boss, Big Mistake. Have Paper & Pens on your desk , Big Mistake. On a Friday I was getting my stuff to go, said “goodbye, have a nice weekend” to my boss and she said same to you. I left opened my voicemail & my recruiter said they no longer needed me. I called him and he said same thing. I went back into the office to give them my badge and get my personal effects and told my boss “At least you could have had the guts to tell me to my face”
