Pros
Many, many people have been at Piolax for 15+ years. Good people - bad apples don't often last long (with a couple of exceptions). Benefits and salary are decent, for the most part. Health care is expensive, but where is it not?
Cons
Training is almost non-existent, and is the biggest failing of the place. You won't get any support for skill advancement - its all on you. There is a real lack of clear policies and responsibilities are not well defined. The communication between upper management and employees is lacking. As a general rule, there isn't a lot of advancement. What you hire in as, is what you'll stay, most of the time.
