Pros

I was a part of Pioneer for 3+ years, management gave me ample of time to learn and perform. Management is supportive - one of the best place to work in US staffing industry. Lots of learning, Growth Options, Aggressive Incentive Structure, Amazing People, Employee Friendly Culture

Cons

I am truly happy here….No Cons

Pros

Great pay. The agency is very prompt with communications and delivering documents. They are kind and like to check in on you to make sure things are going smoothly with your assignment. Because I was with Pioneer Data Systems, I had the incredible opportunity to work at a well known pharmaceutical company and several months later was able to transition to full-time there.

Cons

No benefits, such as vacation, offered. Medical, dental and vision insurance offered 30 days after employment but is very costly.

Pros

Get to work with awesome client staff when placed.

Cons

Everything is a con on the Pioneer Data Systems side of their contracts! -have to fight for your paycheck -ignore basic communications or give vague mostly irrelevant responses (if they respond at all most of the time] -promised benefits and never offered them or activated them (sent an enrollment email 3 weeks after I left and had been there 10 months. left voluntarily for another job for obvious reasons and had absolutely nothing to do with the people or organization I was placed at. Was 110% due to Pioneer Data Systems] DO NOT ACCEPT A CONTRACT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS DESPERATE AND THEN GET OUT ASAP!!!

We have always paid our employees on time. Medical Insurance and 401-K plan has waiting periods. Apparently, the employee did not understand these communications.
