      High salary, medical insurance, different types of contracts to chose from, training and conference support.

      Cons

      Weekly overtime is mandatory and not payed. No company values. No career opportunity, the hierarchy was flat.

      Colleagues are great and the overall atmosphere is relaxed but professional. Management is more interested in the well being of the employee.

      Maybe the location, tho its a common location for companies.
