Pros
- The need for Pipe17 is abundant and the product/company has a real opportunity to revolutionize the ecommerce space - Most approachable leadership team I've ever worked with. Your opinion is sought out and you're given a ton of autonomy and responsibility to execute what's best for the company and its customers (no micro-managing) - Friendly teammates who value you as a whole person, not just a productivity and work machine - A culture of empathy for employees and customers is not only talked about but actually demonstrated from the CEO, executive leadership, and individual contributors - Remote work friendly and supportive of employee's to live and work where they desire
Cons
- If you haven't worked in a small (and rapidly growing) startup before it could be difficult to thrive with the pace of work and one-off urgent situations that arise - In general the company could be better at planning out larger cross-functional projects and aligning folks from different teams earlier so there's less of a fire-drill feeling when you're asked to get something done ASAP because it's a blocker and it's the first time you're hearing about it
