People don't matter at Pandemia - Anonymous employee Pipefy Employee Review

At the pandemia period I got sick and spend 18 days away from work,10 of these days was in a UCI. 1- I received a call from the HR asking me to not go to INSS (an insurance that protects me of being fired after getting sick for a long period). The HR said that I could PAY the hours working later after. 2 - When I get back from the medical license they fire me immediately the reason that was told to me was that "was a company decision" 3 - The CTO promissed me a recommedation letter at the call that I was fired that is not going to be handle over to me accordingly with HR later. 4 - People is saying that the company is telling that I had a bad performance when they ask why I was fired 5 - Since that have too much repercussion, two employees exposed me publically at Twitter telling about my 1-1 meetings and about the only one performance feedback that happened. And also, there is no promotion. When I asked questioned about it they told that I should negotiate better when I entered at the company.
