Pros
They have tons of work because of how big they are. They are profitable so we get to use nice equipment. They do not object to learning more and will aid in the learning process. Work is year round with snow removal services.
Cons
Due to work load, the job can be very demanding. Due to size there is less of a sense of personalization.and direct communication.
