No Pros, Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. Esp the HR

Nobody followed professional ethics.HR thinks himself as the boss.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership. They told lot of lies during joining time. They are not having any projects and no onsite opportunities are there. They enjoy in playing with employee career's . If you ask more questions about management policies, HR will tell these are policies made by Germany Head Office. Why the bloody hell they are running company in India. Only 1 HR (+1junior)person is there and he is working there for more than 7 years . HR is having more control over the employees than MD. No any senior technical person , all are freshers hired with bond agreements. They will screw there life also.
