The work itself was exciting and rewarding. I had the opportunity to make a difference.
Cons
Favoritism, nepotism, and generally questionable ethics were commonplace. HR complaints were not taken seriously. Infighting within and amongst departments. Morale was less than ideal (Us vs. them mentality). When the opportunity to advance was presented, I was passed over for an outside candidate.
