Pros
The Corporate philosophy and the Owner were fantastic. Good pay and excellent benefits. Started out with a great Terminal Manager, and a feeling like it was a great place to work.
Cons
9 1/2 years later, I couldn't wait for an opportunity to leave. Management locally at the Norristown terminal was a joke. Next Terminal Manager was clueless, and the last one was a corporate puppet. Favoritism was the rule. They were aware of poor job performances, and milking the clock, by employees of all seniority levels and did nothing about it. In fact, they joked about it and laughed it off. The more you did, the more they expected of you to make up for all the dead weight. No respect was shown to those who actually put in an honest day's work.
