2020 Pivot Canada - Researcher Pivot 2020 Employee Review

You will get paid to do nothing. Many people would stop showing up and they were still paid. You got to meet others in Canada.

Working for this organization was awful. They were disorganized, uneducated, and unethical. Many people started to organized against the higher-ups etc. Employees were treated with little to no respect. In my opinion, no meaningful or accurate work was done. Unfortunately, no one was screened for hateful opinions and ideas and many were exposed to that.

good pay and flexibility in the work from home. most of the team was amazing.

entire management team was actively perpetuating some exclusion, tokenism, and manipulation of some members of the staff, including BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent staff members. discredited staff organizing efforts. just a huge mess where they clearly were forced to think about antiracism but did not do anything about it.
