The leadership team is focused on student outcomes and passionate about helping learners begin to earn a living working in fashion and are genuinely focused on creating a valuable learning experience with real takeaways that learners can implement immediately. From a staff perspective, the leadership team is committed to open, honest communication and creating a fun work environment. Staff members are encouraged to take time off to make sure that they are taking care of themselves and their families, friends and other outside interest. There are some really exciting things on the horizon that will make being a member of the Pivot community even more valuable and that is something that is exciting to be a part of.
Cons
The company is small, so like any startup change is going to be constant. This isn't really a con, but something to be noted for anyone that is interested in working for a startup. Being agile, adaptable, and comfortable charting a course for something brand new is all part of the experience in working for progressive companies.
