Not recommended - SAP Developer Pivox Labs Employee Review

Pivox Labs is NOT like a typical IT company and is worrst than what I've experienced. My intention is not to say wrong about this company, but share my experience to my college mates and juniors. This is not great for passionated software engineers. Salary is not competitive when compared to my colleagues working at other startups. Also, there is no work-life balance and flexibility. Exit for the employees is not smooth as you expect. I've literally observed from my friends. I got attracted when the management interviewed me and i regret the decision in just one month.
