As an organization, it is everyone’s responsibility to drive our culture and I would love to hear your ideas on how we can improve. We have many communication channels and as CEO, I’m always available for a conversation, which I have strongly encouraged since joining. As you point out, we have a strong and unique opportunity within our industry to grow exponentially through our differentiated technology and our greatest resource, our team.
