      Pros

      Pixar is a great company to work for. Obviously the feeling that you are a part of creating some spectacular movie magic is unrivaled compared to other places.

      Cons

      There are no major concerns to be honest. It's just that the path to future growth or leadership positions is not really clear at times since the company does not have traditional leveling systems in place.

      Very warm and welcoming. They have a lot of resources that we were able to use to help us during our time there.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Besides paying for lunch but the food was good.
