Pros
Competent leads in terms of technical skills and tactics. Diverse industry knowledge with fellow artists who are kind enough to share their expertise. Great career opportunities because of exposure to different high quality projects. Co-owners and remaining producers are open to listen to suggestions. Good provisions for quality equipment. Well decorated office space. Free everyday lunch and shuttle transport services. Possible WFH/Hybrid setup. You can meet some amazing people here (if they're still here). Prepare to learn a lot of good industry habits here as long as you are good with time management.
Cons
Focuses too much on company expansion rather than current employee's QOL and intrapersonal skills(1 hour workshops don't really mean anything). Entrenched culture of working unpaid overtime regardless of skill level (OTY). Projects are triple A but compensation is triple C. Weak company culture and awkward work schedule. Conflicting workflows from different artists. Still using an outdated 9 box grid for their evaluation which is unfair for artists who are dynamic in their growth and potential. Horrible HRIS system. Lots of overpromises. Questionable business decisions in picking client projects at the expense of artists' wellbeing. Slow career progression in conjunction with very low raises. Immaculate amount of sycophants. Feels like working in a factory.
