Pros
Career progression is great. Lots of potential to move around and up. Half day Fridays are amazing! Not that you can take it 100% of the time, but it is nice when it works out.
Cons
Culture is fast-paced just to feel busy, not because it has to be this way. Everything is due in 24 hours, and yet we are behind on strategic and marketing plans. There is not a cohesive vision for the future, resulting in lots of project swirl and manufactured urgency in place of clarity.
