Pros
The people at Pizza Hut are what is best about the company, it has a great culture that allow it to create a family-like culture. I always feel like I can reach to anyone at any level. The company has a startup mentality with a big name behind it. What is translates to is lots of exploring new patterns and processes before getting it right as well as having to sometimes rush work out to meet deadlines
Cons
Work gets rushed all the time with very optimistic deadlines. The family culture has been fading away as many directors and key contributors have left the company.
