The income earned is just as good or slightly better than other chain companies. Good flexibility in regards to picking up more hours.

The company spends an enormous amount of time and energy almost propagandising how honest, supportive and positive it is, but it allows a very toxic and almost incestuous work place culture. If you require support from HR in this company, you are screwed. If you are given a manager who takes a disliking to you, start packing your bags, the little guy is tramped on time and time again here.

One of the best companies i have ever worked for in the hospitality industry. Amazing training and team culture.
