Pros
Working in the Short North is nice and the parking is good - except the company takes the cost of parking out of your pay.
Cons
Employees are not well supported, and the company culture is driven more by fear than leadership. The work environment is tense, resources are limited, and staff are often expected to meet expectations without the tools needed to succeed. Morale was especially impacted by the contrast between company cost-cutting measures, including layoffs and lack of raises, and what appeared to be continued spending on executive benefits (private jet - Ranger Rovers...). This created a strong sense of disconnect between leadership and employees. Operationally, the company lacked structure and accountability. Important issues frequently fell through the cracks and were not addressed in a timely way, which made day-to-day work far more difficult than it needed to be.
