Overall, PX is a great place to work. There are many good people here and the environment is positive. There are some growing pains as the company and industry evolve but PX has been pretty good at prioritizing goals and pivoting when needed. DOOH is an exciting place to be and PX is emerging as one of the leaders in this space.

Goals are a bit aggressive and bonuses are tied to goals that aren't always grounded in reality. The company also needs to staff up in certain areas asap to keep up with demand and prevent burn-out.
