Pros
People are friendly. Work environment is not too quick pace. If you are a maintenance technician with a double masters in electrical and mechanical, who is willing to work for $14 an hour, and live in a van down by the river, this is the place for you.
Cons
Maintenance technicians are treated as a nuisance... They expect technicians to chase $30 an hour for ten years in a day and age when inexperienced technician straight out of tech school are starting at 28. 401K sucks. %3 matching will get you retired in about 60 years. They can't even get resumes for technicians. They are leaving the company in droves... The technicians that stick around are full of hate and bitter. Not a good place to be when unemployment is %2.9.
