Pros

Enjoyed coworkers and customer interaction

Cons

They post core values and how they are like family. Don't fall for the hype; it is so far from the truth. Upper management treats employees with such disrespect and disregard for their feelings and then circle the male only wagons when they are caught doing something wrong. Women have no say in the company politics and when they do speak up they are ostracized. Bullying is a common practice and when brought to the surface, is swept under the rug by management. Some managers talk dirt about other departments, driving a wedge in between departments that need to work together. This is a horrible employer model.

Cons

I went through the interview process and I had a formal offer in writing and I was set to start in a couple weeks. After my background check came back I finalized all my HR paperwork (direct deposit, employee handbook, etc.). HR called me a week after I accepted their offer and ( I turned down 2 other job offers) to tell me they were rescinding their offer as they didn't have budget. I posted on LinkedIn that I was back in the market for a job due to the employer pulling out of our agreement. I had a Technical recruiter reach out advising me this company has a reputation for doing this. This whole situation was exceedingly unprofessional and severely lacking in integrity. I am still floored this happened and felt compelled to warn others of my experience. The HR representative that called was very apologetic and I felt bad she had to deliver this message and I accepted her gracious apology. She informed me that the bank would like to keep me in mind for this position in the future but, I politely declined. I did ask her to pass on a message to her leadership that this was unprofessional and flat out morally wrong. So buyer beware
