Good community feel, not only between patients and staff, but also between most staff to staff interactions. There is also good and available interaction with doctor's.
Cons
There is a disparity between general/ancillary staff and RN's and Resident/Interns. Disrespect abounds.
Codes and rapids are attended by too many residents and interns so much so that other professions cannot even enter the patient area to care for the patient.
