I cannot recommend Plan A Technologies based on my experience. Here are the key issues:
Salary Negotiation: After accepting the position, they attempted to reduce my salary below what was initially agreed upon.
Broken Promises: They advertised bench time as part of the package, but I never received a single day of it during my employment.
Contract Non-Compliance: The contract clearly states both parties must provide 15 days' notice before termination. When they notified me of my termination, they had not planned to honor this clause. Only after I reminded them of their contractual obligation did they comply with the 15-day notice period.
While the work itself may vary by project, these fundamental issues with transparency and adherence to agreements were significant red flags. Proceed with caution if considering employment with this company.
