      Co-workers besides management and helping some of the kids

      Cons

      Terrible pay, management is chaotic and does not care about workers, they were rude & demeaning with high turnover due to bad managers- my manager was racist to me, no sick time or benefits, did not give staff resources they need to succeed in their duties (we literally had to pay for things then get very slowly reimbursed), and probably a lot more I can’t think of right now

      Pros

      Cant think of any, they definitely dont properly train their employees, you sit through a generic training then are sent to the wolfs with the hopes of other employees guiding you, and with that those employees dont know what's going on as well! Then they write you up and suspend you while they dont pay and look for replacement!

      Cons

      The thought that you are actually going to be able to help these kids. Not with the way they run it! They just want the money and dont care about the youth!
