You will never have a meaningful increase in pay after being hired. There is no cost of living adjustment and merit based pay raises are only 1-3%. Even with a promotion you are looking below 10% increase.
The company is also notoriously cheap foregoing useful tools due to small costs ($20). Expect your skills to stagnate here as there will be no investment in your growth.
Leadership is uninspiring and rarely knows what they're doing. Long term thinking is nonexistent and plans change on a dime leaving you lost. Turnover at this level is extremely high as well, many positions have been vacated multiple times.
