I joined Planet IT in April 2025, having previously worked for a large corporate organisation specialising in Private healthcare, so transitioning to a medium‑sized IT business was a significant change, and I initially had some reservations about moving, However, those concerns were quickly put to rest, and the experience has been extremely positive. From the outset, I have always felt so supported and welcomed. The colleagues I work alongside are highly professional, knowledgeable, and everyone has been so approachable, which contributes to a strong sense of collaboration across this organisation. There is a clear team ethos, with individuals working collectively to achieve shared goals. . Planet IT’s culture is a particular strength. The company consistently demonstrates their values through their work ethic and the way employees are respected and supported. There is a genuine commitment by the senior management team to create a positive working environment where people are encouraged to perform at their best. There is a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout all the teams in the business, where everyone is aligned in their approach to delivering high‑quality service, and there is a shared commitment to going above and beyond to meet customer needs. This really is a motivating and rewarding environment in which to work. Overall, Planet IT values its people, encourages strong teamwork, and remains focused on delivering service excellence. I can not think of any negatives about working for Planet IT

It might sound corny, but you’re not just seen as a cog in a wheel here, you’re recognised as a person who, right from the top down, is genuinely cared about on a human level. I have a young child, and they truly understand the pressures of being a working parent -not just saying it, but showing it when it really matters.
