Pros
The company is hyper-focused on making sure the working environment is friendly, open, and communicative. A lot of thought and energy is invested in ensuring that employees are cooperative and respectful to each other (and those that aren't, get the axe immediately). The management is super understanding about commitments outside of work, and working days and hours are very flexible. The product is very interesting, and technologically the company is always looking to improve its stack and adopt best practices.
Cons
The market seems to be not quite ripe yet, therefore from an economic perspective the company seems to be floundering a bit.
