Pros
Fun work environment, people are very nice, flexible hours and vacation. Provides a safe environment to excell in the work place. Employees are well surrounded if in need of help or coaching.
Cons
Very unorganized. Favoritism. Does NOT give salary increases no matter how long you've worked there or how much you've earned it. Does not give recognition where recognition is due.
