Great experience for students and an amazing sales job with great opportunity for big pay checks with commission as a Sales representative. Founder of company inspirational. 1 of 2 Key managers will always be there to help.

Complete disorganization with administrative management. HR department is not there to help you. There are a few stars that stick out who are absolutely essential for the company to function properly. Once those stars are gone it is absolute chaos. Ran like a mom and pop shop with favoritism towards those in the "clique". Admin actively states that there are no raises to be had even when performance is exemplary and responsibilities are just added on constantly. IT department annoyed when asking them to do their job. Often times will be asked to work in multiple locations with virtually no notice what so ever. Completely unable to retain key players and talent and actively wonder why.
