Pros

Used to be well managed and well run. Fair serving opportunities, work culture and diverse atmosphere no longer exists. They only want young part timers with little to no experience now under new management.

Cons

New management punished servers based off of asking for time off, set up people for write ups and would not interact with the patrons nor staff in a proper or effective way. New GM is incredibly awful with staff as well with patrons. Threats about cutting shifts and firing people without just reasons or cause became a rampant standard. Would not recommend working there with the new active general manager. Bullies other managers as well. Most unprofessional manager I have ever worked for. No respect for senior or full time staff. Kitchen is also allowed to bully and treat servers like garbage without repercussions.

You get to listen to the same 00s rock music at an obnoxious volume you need to keep asking what someone, coworker or customer, is saying 🥰 Free cigarette cologne after work from proximity Confused/angry/non-responsive managers 😍 with conflicting instructions being thrown at you every shift!!! Be VERY stingy with your clothes or get yelled at for wasting them when you need to dry/clean surfaces 🤩 Mind reading check 😱 get someone to fill your shift even if it's a last minute emergency! Better come in half alive, or dead! It's really a matter of perspective 😤 and we want that CAN DO ATTITUDE, but if you got hurt on the job we will treat you like royalty 🤧 don't wanna be held like totes liable 🤪 Allergies? More like excuses 😡. Get back to work. That food isn't gonna cross contaminate itself 😩 Experienced chef extraordinaire or newbie with minimal experience? It's the same 😤 just do as I say. Training? Nahhh we just expect other workers to teach ya everything. If they forget smth, oh well

The places to hang sweaters/jackets/bags are cramped, hope nobody got fleas or bedbugs 👀
