Pros
Collegues are very friendly and supportive. The work in amazing. Have the opportunity to work with very high profile inviduals and travel all over Latin America.
Cons
Supervisors do not have proper training, lack professionalims and tend to micromanage. When I left PP Global I requested an exit interview multiple times to express my concerns, but I never received one. Also, there is not much room for growth or salary increases. The end of the year bonus is a joke and they expect you to constantly work over time.
