Pros
Support the mission and do the good work in a time of a national abortion crisis for patients in need. Sometimes there are opportunities for career advancement, but not often.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to care about anyone working in the health centers providing direct patient care. They do not provide adequate support, do not have the knowledge of the patient care, and care more about making money/paying directors and chief positions astronomical salaries than ensuring all of their employees are making a livable wage. Not as diverse as they may seem.
