Pros
Hours of operation were condusive to a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
Outdated technology. Worked overtime daily without extra pay, lucky if I got one lunch break a week as I was asked to do certain tasks on my breaks. Taken advantage of as the more I did and the harder I worked to prove myself, the more work I was given. I've never been paid that little in my life and they tried to tell me that I was getting a pay rise due to my great work but I knew that Fair Work had increased the award wages because I stay informed and when I questioned my manager they weren't happy. They should've just been honest and told me why I was getting the pay rise as it had nothing to do with my work and achievements. I felt so undervalued. People became unfriendly and toxic over time. Not sure why. Perhaps they were stressed as well? But you shouldn't be taking it out on your fellow work mates. There are a few other things but I think you get the gist of it. I don't want to sound like I'm picking so I'll just leave it at that.
