Pros
-Consistent work flow -Work environment is okay. The editors expect quality work and assign articles regularly. It is okay as a temporary gig.
Cons
-They don't pay on time, and more often than not, don't pay at all! I worked as a freelance writer for Plash and they owe me in excess of 50k INR, three months of pay. The accounts manager (who is also a co-founder), stopped taking calls, messages and went off the radar completely. Never paid me back! - The organisation is shabby and unorganized. --Accounts dept is a complete mess. Don't expect to get paychecks on time, or without constant reminders.
