Pros
The commission split is nice. Instead of 80/20 like most of them you pay $755 per transaction for a team. I think it's $555 or something like that for a single agent. And You get a free website although it's kind of generic.
Cons
The software you get is not the greatest. The help desk people there are not very helpful at all and usually not friendly. They usually act like you're bothering them and why did you call this number you should call a different number and then you call that number and they're like why did you call this number you should call this number. It's a complete run around situation. I don't think I ever once met the broker. If you are a seasoned agent and you can handle things on your own it might not be too bad. New agents should steer clear because you won't be getting any help.
