Work atmosphere and family oriented

The co-workers can be wonderful and caring but some are vindictive and petty. Benefits are outstanding. Best company benefits I have seen for a long time. Pay was good. Activities to build commaraderie were very good.

Management is hypocritical. Expecting perfection when they are making mistakes themselves. The job expectations are larger than what one peron can accomplish. The former Marketing Coordinator in my position told me this as well as experiencing it. The Board of Directors is overwhelming male. Each company department has feelings of different discrimination categories in it.
