Pros
A strong team working within the qualification journey makes your life easier on the other side of the trench, so the sales cycle is nice and easy. Great team-building events and friendliness from colleagues. It's the Dutch way! Hybrid working pace. Everything is well set in obtaining a great work-life balance.
Cons
The SAAS competition and project-based activities can be busy at times, but that's part of the normal dynamic vs over-positive timeframes. The tech stack journey has been quite bumpy in supporting outbound efforts. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
