Pros
Plauti is a really great place to work. Friendly colleagues, flexible work conditions, and a healthy and involved company culture. (All things that are not guaranteed with a lot of companies out there.) I also really appreciate the trust that I get from my colleagues as a specialist in my own field. They give me creative freedom because they believe in my abilities to get things done.

Cons
The company is growing quickly in certain departments, and so there are some normal growing pains. But this still doesn't take away from the excellent company culture and overall work experience.
